GARLIC PEPPER

The mixture consists of garlic, pepper, and red pepper, ingredients used in almost all recipes.

Freshly harvested products give the mixture a strong smell and taste that has an exquisite effect when sprinkled on feta cheese, salad, potatoes or even our favorite popcorn, when we want to enhance its traditional taste.

Ideal for all sauces, for meat, fish, vegetables.

Recipe with garlic pepper

Grilled Shrimps

½ cup olive oil

Lemon juice

1 ½ tsp. Garlic pepper

About 20 large shrimps.

Mix the olive oil, lemon juice and garlic pepper. After cleaning the shrimps, leave them in the mixture for about 1 hour. Then we grill them.
