PEPPER TRICOLOR HORSE

It goes with everything, that's why it is widely used in cooking. All varieties of peppers – black, green, red, white – come from the same plant. The difference in color is due to the different harvest times and the processing to which the grains are subjected. Black pepper comes from the fruit of Piper nigrum, which is cultivated exclusively for the production of the spice. White pepper also comes from the same plant that produces black pepper. Green pepper is the unripe harvested green fruit of the Piper nigrum plant while pink pepper comes from the Schinus tereb tree, it is aromatic with a sweet, peppery taste and characteristic, exotic pink color that makes it essential in gourmet cuisine.
