WHOLE NUTMEG

The herb acts as a digestive, tonic, antispasmodic, antiemetic, appetite stimulant and anti-inflammatory. We use the fruit as a digestive medicine for nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, especially if it is due to food poisoning.
