ROOIBOS SUPER GRADE AFRICAN ORGANIC

Description: Rooibos (red bush), scientific name Aspalathus linearis, belongs to the leguminous plant family that grows in areas of South Africa. Its name comes from the plant Calicotome villosa, aspalathos in Greek.

Its leaves, once oxidized, are used to make Rooibos mist, a red tea (decaffeinated) with a subtle flavor.

Red Rooibos tea is refreshing with its taste reminiscent of nuts. Unlike other herbal teas, rooibos has its own color, aroma and flavor so it does not necessarily need the addition of other ingredients to enhance these properties.
