Lavender essential oil

Lavender essential oil is obtained from the distillation of its early flower and is used for inhalations, for massage, or even as a relaxant in the bath.

Fight headache and migraine by rubbing the temples and forehead with 1-2 drops of lavender. It also relieves rheumatic and arthritic pains with massage.

Enjoy your bath by adding 5-6 drops of lavender into the water. You will relax from any kind of nervousness and it will bring you sleep.

Place a cloth with 1-2 drops of lavender under your pillow and sleep peacefully and pleasantly.

Also use it to relieve burns, insect bites, and minor wounds.
