ANGELIC ROOT

The root and seeds of the plant act as diaphoretic, diuretic, emmenagogue, stimulant, stomachic, tonic. In general, it acts against all the phenomena of atony of the digestive system and nervous headaches. It also has antibacterial and antifungal properties. It is also used as a cardio tonic and beneficial for the eyes. The decoction of the plant is used to treat bronchial asthma, runny nose, cough and indigestion.
